Every leader needs legions of undying fidelity and loyalty. For this to work, find people who share your vision; people with baggage and slightly racist tendencies always make for the best followers.
If they have absent parental figures then they are more receptive to your far superior political ideas. Now, this doesn’t mean that you and your regime are racists and sexists and other type of "exists." After all, you are doing this for everybody’s sake.
Once you have gathered a considerable amount of followers, be sure to dress them all in Hugo Boss or Armani black suits. No sweatshirts or baggy jeans; Everybody should look their best. First impressions are everything these days, obviously you cannot march into city hall looking like a bunch amateurs. Avoid flashy colors and instead stick to black and shades of grey; when it comes to accessories, you might want to wear a small arm band or a hat with a cute logo like skulls or eagles. They both work wonderfully. Don’t forget to wear a little something of red. It is after all the color of seduction and you want to seduce as many as possible to your side. The Right side! Try different tones with different accessories. Experiment (but not too much eh). You should not only look fabulous, but you should feel comfortable. Also, do not forget that boys wear pants and girls wear skirts.
After all the careful planning you have been doing for the past few weeks you are almost ready for a successful rally with your happy and loyal followers. However, there are still some minor details that you should not forget about. You’ve designed award winning outfits for your regime. You’ve recruited adept followers to obey your every command without hesitation. Still, not only should everybody look ready to lead a country and obey your orders on the outside but they should also be ready on the inside.
Make sure everyone is presentable and that your followers have internalized your message. If possible, write a quick book or booklet with the basic notion of your campaign. Include your core values as well as the vision and mission of your upcoming regime. Distribute it among the pubic while you march down your city’s biggest and busiest street. Make sure to let know your legions that they have to look menacing but not too much. This is still after all a family friendly fascist rally! You don't want to scare the children; they are after all the future of your new utopia. Remember to smile and kiss some babies. Show them who’s boss.
